Such a fun food truck! We went to try new things, and we’re definitely coming back. We ordered the Cuban sandwich, pork plate, papas rellenas, and croquetas… mmmm Their sauce (fancy Cuban fry sauce?) was so yummy on everything, especially the sandwich. Lovely service, too, thank you! PS all that food to feed a family of six, and we still had leftovers. and the kids loved it!

Absolutely amazing! After eating this meal, I was ready to move to Cuba! I could eat food like this every day. The owners were so kind too! I worked in the coffee industry for 8 years, and Cuban coffee is fantastic. It smelled dreamy, had a bold flavor with a little sweetness. If you’re an espresso lover and like a strong coffee, this is for you! As for the food, the meat was juicy, tender, and paired so well with the rice and beans that were also packed full of flavors. Adding plantain bites pairs so well with this meal. I’ll be back, and then back again, and a few more times. Highly recommend!! Also, get the croquetas cubanas! You won’t regret it.

The Cuban sandwich was very good, but the croquetas were AMAZING, probably the best I have had in Oregon or Washington! The meat on the sandwich was cooked perfectly and the bread was a perfect combination of crust with a tender chew. I highly recommend giving this food truck a try!

Beyond delicious! I have eaten Cuban food in Miami and this is much tastier! The pork was cooked perfectly. The congri (rice/beans) was delicately seasoned with cumin. The tostones were light, crunchy and the cilantro garlic aioli dip was a huge bonus! The croquettas were bursting with authentic flavor and textures also paired with a creamy dipping sauce. The side veggies were fresh and the sweet plantains mixed with the crunchy pieces of pork hidden in the congri made me very happy. The flan was creamy and not rubbery. Friendly & effecient service. Everything was obviously cooked with loving care. No puedo imaginar un mejor lugar para comer comida riquisima Cubana! Me chupe los dedos de tan sabroso estaba! Tengo que visitar seguido. Porciones grandes con precios razonables!

Been here twice now and absolutely loved it both times. Good selection of Cuban offerings, and they're all delicious. Ropa vieja had a ton of flavor and was perfectly chewy yet tender. Fricase de pollo fell off the bone. Cerdo asado was juicy and perfectly seasoned. The tostones had a crispy outside and warm, soft interior, as did the croquetas. And the platanos maduros perfectly round things out. Staff are delightfully friendly and service is quick. Overall, this has quickly become a new favorite and I can't wait to visit again!
